How do I report a problem or a bug?

Email support@hearth.photos with a short description of what happened and, if you can, the device you were using. Screenshots help us fix things faster.

How do I report objectionable content or abusive behavior?

Hearth has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abuse. In the app, use the report and block tools on the content or user in question. You can also email support@hearth.photos. We review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours, and we remove offending users from the Service.

How do I block someone?

Open the profile or content of the person you want to block and choose Block. Blocking stops further interaction with that person in your circle.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly in the app from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data — your profile, the photos and videos you uploaded, and associated tags — from our live systems, subject to short backup and legal-retention windows described in our Privacy Policy. If you need help, email support@hearth.photos.

Is my family’s content private?

Yes. Hearth is invite-only, your photos and videos are visible only to members of your family circle, and everything is sent over encrypted connections. We don’t use facial recognition, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t track you across other apps. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
